Important Notice to All Applicants

Message from Colin Roberts

Every day I get emails, phone calls and messages requesting personal face to face meetings and interviews with new and past placed applicants.

Sadly, it is impossible for me to service everyone's requirements and to personally address the many queries and anxieties that are part and parcel of those who find themselves looking for employment in Zimbabwe today. I do respond to each and every email that I receive, and this, for the short term, is all I can manage in the hours in the working day that are available to me.

Every CV received is logged on our data base and is offered fair, transparent and equal opportunity with jobs on offer. Therefore, there is NO need to keep re-sending your CV to us on a weekly basis. Our computer database and search system is sophisticated enough to handle all CVs.

Please be assured that if you are selected for a shortlist for an interview, I will meet with you if I have never before met you in person. I am attempting to service requirements and desires of both client and applicant.

Valcol is proud of its long service to the community and strives to offer best service possible to everyone. We hope employment opportunities will improve soon and we certainly look forward to “helping you shape your future”.

Sincerely,

Colin Roberts
