Projects Manager – Construction Industry - Mozambique 

A well established and dynamic Construction Group seeks a Project Manager full time, long term position principally based in Nampula City , Nampula Province, Northern Mozambique with regular multiple site visits to various sites all over northern Mozambique.  

Key Responsibilities

• 2IC to MD

• Construction Programming

• Procurement Planning

• Interface with professional team and consultants

• Trouble shooting

• Detailed Progress Reporting and program reporting

• Site inspection, guidance and planning.

Skills

• Project programming – very strong and appropriate software skills

• Extremely well organized

• Good communicator and co-ordinator

• Broad range of technical knowledge of high-end construction technique.

• Planning genius

• Multi-cultural sensitivity

Experience

• Tertiary Construction qualification

• 15 years minimum construction experience

• 10 years project management experience

• Successful track record of large completed and complex projects

• Remote/complex environment experience ideal 

• Experience of large projects with single contractor (no subcontractors
