Applications are invited for the role of Operations management of a fast growing business and to be responsible for the successful growth and profitability of the business.  

Qualifications 

Ideally a graduate with an Agricultural Degree specialising in chickens or a degree in Business Management 

Skills and Experience 

A minimum of 5 - 10 years business experience in operational management, with a demonstrable record of success at a senior level within a general management/business management role in a comparable organisation, including the management of staff. 

Ideally will have managed a poultry operation in sub-Saharan Africa. 

A hands on energetic and entrepreneurial manager with strong analytical skills,, good people skills and strategic vision.
