    Production Manager – Bulawayo Based

    This role will report to the GM and is responsible for the factory and production of Steel Products for building trade. You must have a Technical Factory/Production background with 3 – 5 years experience. You will direct and control a workforce of 200 personnel from semi skilled to charge hands, Planning department, stores, purchasing, sales and distribution.

    The position centres on day to day responsibilities for the manufacturing function and will include other areas such as:

    • Scheduling weekly production orders in conjunction with Planning and Sales.

    • Authorising weekly production orders before the orders are issued to the respective team leaders.

    • Monitoring progress of production orders scheduled.

    • Reviewing daily production reports and taking corrective measures on any anomalies.
